Description of the bug

Some test outputs are not detected when creating test.yml using create-test-yaml.

First mentioned in nf-core/modules#1645 (comment) by @drpatelh

Command used and terminal output

> PROFILE=docker pytest --tag bowtie2/align --symlink --keep-workflow-wd --git-aware

> nf-core create-test-yml bowtie2/align
