Description of feature

Panacus can calculate quality control statistics of a pangenome graph. It also is able to find the pangenome growth curve.

  • Create a nf-core modules using https://anaconda.org/bioconda/panacus
    • panacus/panacus
    • panacus/panacus-visualize
  • Subworkflow panacus
  • Add output PNGs to MultiQC config
  • Update Documentation
