Describe the solution you'd like

  • Desktop => Notifications: add support of second ringtone playing (see original PR)
  • Talk => Settings: allow to pass custom settings sections to Talk Settings Dialog

I'm not sure this is expected behavior for a desktop app.

I think the call output device should be configurable, while the system default device should be used for notifications.
