[BITV]: Tab navigation stops on 2 elements inside the contacts menu without visible focus state

Go to the contacts menu and navigate only via keyboard through all contacts.
There are 2 more stops available without any visual feedback.

One element is an avatar which have only decorative role. Another is a name of person which is a link and interactive element. That means that a name have to have a visual focus state.
