I started integrating nextcloud/spreed#7822 in talk-ios, but there seems to be no capability to check wether the server supports it (or if it is enabled).

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a capability which indicates that reference metadata fetching is supported and enabled.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Check if we're running NC >= 25 and hope for the best 🤷‍♂️
