Nextcloud Update Stuck on checking apps update

Steps to reproduce

1. Just do an update to latest version (as of today 22.2

Expected behaviour

Update is doing it's thing as it should do.

Actual behaviour

on my php occ upgrade it looks like this

and the entry on the nextcloud.log looks like this without any progress after 30 minutes.

Server configuration

Operating system: debian

Web server: apache

Database: mariadb

PHP version: PHP 8.0.12 (cli) (built: Oct 21 2021 15:29:13)

Nextcloud version: (see Nextcloud admin page) => not accessible but wanted to update to 22.2.1

Updated from an older Nextcloud/ownCloud or fresh install: old version was 22.2.0.2

Where did you install Nextcloud from: remote machine
