### Server configuration
cPanel - 68.0 (build 39) - Hosting provider will not update it, and NC old versions until softaculous updated to 21.0.2 were installing correctly, so this error seems specific to the current stable version.

MySQL Version | 5.6.38 - Host cannot update to 5.7.X as of now, and latest only by July 2nd week.
