Forum with very long loading times for some users

A few users report extremely long loading times that can go up to 5min! These users seem to be most likely from overseas (Australia/NZ). The reports on the forum are mixed a bit with the general 500 errors we experienced some time ago:

One user can download a test-file from hetzner pretty quickly, but with the connection to the Nextcloud server, there are issues. For this specific user, the mtr-test shows, that packages get reliably lost when they reach the first hop of hetzner:

In such cases, Hetzner customers can contact them to help to sort out this problem. It could be related to the server or the network. I tried to do the mtr in the opposite direction from a different host at hetzner, and it didn't show issues when passing the hetzner network with that of telia. Users report, that hetzner<->telia is a "high quality link".

For the moment there is just this one user on the forum that shared all the details, others with problems are mostly outside Europe. Not sure if there are some firewall policies, intrusion detections systems, etc. that cause the problem. I tried access to the forum via TOR exit nodes in India, Hongkong, and Japan, I couldn't reproduce such extremely high loading times.
