Add registerAccount callback (Invite-only/whitelisted authentication )

In certain flows, users on the platform can be registered strictly on an invite-only basis (essentially a whitelist)

It'd nice if the nextAuth config file supported a register callback that can be overridden instead of using signIn flow for both.
