Feature request: .NET Core Linux arm64 build

Feature Description

I'd like to start running my applications on arm64 hardware but there is not a build that targets that platform.

Describe Alternatives

Only alternative is for me to continue to run on x64 architecture until arm64 architecture is supported.

Priority

Must Have - Specifically on AWS the Graviton2 instance family provides some price/performance benefits. Until we're able to move to this platform we are unable to take advantage of this.
