As a developer, I'd like a limited number of relevant branches to be available so I don't need to sift through a bunch of irrelevant ones

Current Branches: https://github.com/wsp-sag/network_wrangler/branches

Suggested branch deletions:

  • address-performance
  • log-project-name
  • kwargs-in-network-creation
  • create-pytest-fixtures
  • docs
  • generic agency
  • allow-base-scenario-as-scenario-instance
  • project-card-refs
  • update-default-logging-locations
  • develop_with_ranch @i-am-sijia is this still necessary? Is there anything in here that we should move to main branches?
  • bicounty @i-am-sijia is this still necessary? Is there anything in here that we should move to main branches?
  • selection-refactor-metcouncil-test @yueshuaing I think this can be removed now?
  • seflorida @i-am-sijia this was last updated 3 years ago. Can we remove?
  • bart @i-am-sijia this was last upated 2 years ago. Can we remove?
