allow specifying hostnames
use the SCION_DAEMON_ADDRESS / SCION_DISPATCHER_SOCKET environment addresses, following the same pattern as the apps

I think we would be happy to take that change. This is also something that has been bugging us.
For short-lived connections this should be doable with net.DialUDP
(side note: I have been thinking about doing this for showpaths as well. Never got around to it)
Hostnames would have been supported for free before scionproto/scion@b502b46 😉
