Feature request:

netlify functions:create foobar --url https://github.com/netlify-labs/all-the-functions/tree/master/functions/9-using-middleware

Would install https://github.com/netlify-labs/all-the-functions/tree/master/functions/9-using-middleware as new function /functions/foobar
