Forced authentication refresh

Our self-hosted instance uses Okta for IdP with a 24hr authentication window. We often run into issues where Netbird will become un-authenticated at inopportune times with no ability to refresh the authentication prior to dropping off the VPN.

We'd like the ability to force a re-authentication at any time creating a new authentication window.

While we could set the window to less than 24hrs, we're a 24hr shop so really any interruption in VPN accessibility is sub-optimal.
