Nerfecto Multi gpu support on Windows

Describe the bug
Im trying to train a model on SLI RTX 2080 ti on a windows 10 machine.

ns-train nerfacto --pipeline.model.predict-normals True --data {PATH} --machine.num-devices 2

I get the error message of Distributed package doesn't have NCCL built in. I have been able to build and train models on a single GPU without problems.

Expected behavior
Train models using Multi GPU.
