How to create a polycrystalline structure with lath grain or lamellar structure?

Dear Neper community,

I need to generate a lamellar microstructure in Neper for use as an initial structure in MOOSE. Just like this,

Key requirements:

• Alternating layers of grains.
• Control over layer count, thickness, and orientation.

Questions:

1. Does Neper support built-in lamellar structure generation?
2. If not, what’s the best approach? (e.g., -morpho "lamellar(...)", scripting?)
3. Any tips for MOOSE compatibility?

If by "lamellar structure" you are referring to the second image, you can proceed as follows:

As for the first image, you could proceed in a similar way considering vertical first-scale lamellae (adjust the parameters as necessary):
