Extension doesn't dynamically load settings

I have to disable, restart extensions, then enable this extension every time I need to make a configuration change.

Not that it's that hard to do, but it's deceiving because it's quite hard to know if/how/what is working when attempting to validate that this is formatting ERB files properly.

The trick is to watch the output tab when saving/formatting a file (I have format on save turned on). And in the output tab you can filter to just erb formatter in the dropdown. Then make sure it's running the command the way you have it configured!
