HI
I am trying to assemble the cp genome of a Malvaceae (ca. 160-170 kb). NOVOPLasty finishes normally, no error message at all, but yields many, many contigs. Actually it assembles 900 kb reads.. Not sure what the problem can be.
Any comment will be great!
