Contributing Guidelines

Submitting a Pull Request

To submit a pull request, please follow these steps:

  1. Fork the JSXTE repo.

  2. Create a new git branch for your fix or feature, it is recommended to add a prefix to the branch name indicating what type of change it is. (e.g. a new feature -> feat/<branch-name>, a bug fix -> fix/<branch-name> etc.)

  3. Make the appropriate changes on your branch.

  4. Commit the changes, commits should always adhere to the conventional commit format.

  5. Push your changes to your forked repo.

  6. Submit a pull request from your fork into the JSXTE master branch, PR name should also follow the conventional commit format, remember to add an exhaustive description of the changes you've made.
