I noticed that if there are multiple apps with preview environments in the same PR, they will both overwrite the same section in the PR description. We should probably make the PR environment section in the PR description specific to the app so that in the event that a PR deploys multiple preview environments (across multiple apps) we'd be able to get the links to both.
