Separate link and comment color

Looks like link/org-link use the color of comment, once I override comment color to a light/low contrast color, like grey, the link color will also change. But usually we may want the link to be more visible, especially in org-mode. Could we use a different color of link/org-link with comment? It will be nice we could also override that color.

I set comment to #5c6370 and it affects both link in org-mode and the comment in block.
