Libqd https://www.davidhbailey.com/dhbsoftware/ by Y. Hida et al. is commonly used for double-double or quad-double precision arithmetic by C++. However, it has not been very well maintained, so MN decided to fork under https://github.com/nakatamaho/libqd3
.
Use libqd3 instead of libqd.
