Show only files that have ONLY unused exports

I want to identify dead files, so I would like to exclude files with at least 1 used export from the output.

Thanks for your request @mildfuzz. Unfortunately, this project is only concerned with finding unused exports. Maybe this can be achieved if work starts on #23. For the moment, there are no plans to identity dead files.
