Nonspacing "mark" codepoints in chartables should have dotted circles

For historical reasons, the various character-table rows just have raw HTML codes for that row's codepoint. It would be a vast improvement to readability to put in a dotted-circle glyph before all of the [Mn] codepoints. Also, more correct, which is probably a good thing.
