missing dependencies in documentation to build #2

Missing a few dep's (at least on debian/ubuntu) from dependency list to build (libudev and libtspi).

For debian/ubuntu the following will fetch needed libraries.

apt install libkeyutils-dev libjson-c-dev libssl-dev libefivar-dev libudev-dev libtspi-dev
