  • I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.

Expected Behavior 🤔

Expect to not see abnormal behavior when Speed Dial Action Tooltips are present

Current Behavior 😯

When Speed Dial is open, the SpeedDialAction's Tooltips moves when user scrolls the window.

Scroll window while Speed Dial Action Tooltips are present.
