[devex] Add Base UI brand traces in devtools

Summary

One of the best go-to-market motions for open-source projects is when a developer go to a website he loves and opens the devtools to try to understand the technologies used so he can reproduce it.

(To be fair, it's also a double edge sword if you see a website that is crap, you will start to not trust the technology it's built with, but it's not something we should consider).

For this motion to work, related to Service adoption, it needs to be easy for developer to figure out what are the tools used by that website.
