Clang based: mingw-w64-cross-clang-toolchain (conflicts with GCC cross toolchain)
GCC cross toolchain installs real binaries into /usr/bin but Clang cross toolchain only installs wrapper shell scripts into /opt/x86_64-w64-mingw32/bin (not included in PATH by default). These wrapper shell scripts don't work with autotools configure scripts.
