iSC/Cold chain/GAPS: unable to search by store's code unless interacted with other fields first (when adding CCE Equipment)

What went wrong? 😲

When adding CCE Equipment, you have an option to search either by store's name or by store's code. However, when the modal first opens, I am unable to produce results when typing in store's code. Only when I interact with some other fields, for example dropdowns to select the type of equipment, I can come back to the search field and look up my store using the code.

Expected behaviour 🤔

Should be able to search up by the code or name of the store straight away

How to Reproduce 🔨

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to Cold chain -> Equipment
2. Click 'New Asset' in the top right and note the modal pops up
3. Attempt to look for a store when selecting one, try typing in its name or code
4. Note when typing in code, no results show up
5. Select another dropdown field, for example type of asset you are adding
6. Go back to store selection -> note now you can type out the code and see results
