Improve content scripts UI experience

Right now the editor doesn't syntax highlight. It would also be useful to pop-out the editor in a modal/dialog so that it is bigger and in the center of the screen. Additionally it would be cool to have some completion of build in functions (described here)

In fact, maybe it's worth to really split "Content" and "Content script" in at least the UI
