Hi,
I'm using https://github.com/mrehkopf/sd2snes/files/10778271/issue186-try2.zip, and it works like a charm. I have FXPAK PRO from Stone Age Gamer. On PCB I got this: SD2SNES MK.III REV. B / 2019-02-13
and clock is running late. I replaced battery but it did not work. I do not remember I had such problem with 1.11 beta.
Do you have any clue what is going on here?

Hi! Hmm, technically it's not possible for the firmware alone to cause RTC drift. Does it go away when you go back the the previous firmware?
Sorry, something went wrong.
