Expanding the Comments textarea field inside the "Was this article helpful?" widget causes the elements to break out of the widget container

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go any kb article.
2. Click on the "Yes" or "No" options from the "Was this article helpful?"
3. Drag the textarea field in order to expand it.

Expected behavior
The content of the widget should not break out of the widget container.

Actual behavior
The content of the widget breaks out of the widget container.

I can confirm that this issue is verified fixed in stage.

The "Comments" textarea field can no longer be horizontally resized.
