The string from the "Files Reported" page has a dark font and is hardly visible when dark mode is enabled

• Have a download link that contains at least one file uploaded.
• Have the Dark theme enabled.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the Firefox browser and navigate to Send link from perquisites.
2. Click the "Report these files as suspicious" link.
3. Click any radio option and click the "Report" button.
4. Observe the "Thank you. We have received your report on these files." string.

[Expected result]:

• The string is correctly displayed and visible.

[Actual result]:

• The string has a dark font and is hardly visible when the dark mode is enabled.

I have verified this issue and is no longer reproducible. The string is correctly displayed and visible when the dark mode is enabled.
Tested on Firefox 79.0 release, Firefox Beta 80.0b2, Nightly 81.0a1, Chrome 84.0.4147.105, Edge Chromium and Safari 13.1.2, on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.14.6 and Ubuntu 20.04 x64.
