SVG backend no longer available?

I'm trying to use svg renderer (SVGGraphics), but it seems deprecated since version 2.15.349, in #15173 .

I apologize if there are any discussions for svg renderer, but I had difficulty finding relevant conversations.

1. Are there any alternatives to SVGGraphics in current version?
2. Could you share any links or context on why it was deprecated?
