Email accounts that have known to be compromised

I think it could be useful to inform a user if their email address/password has been found on any new leaked site info. For example, in the recent dropbox account leak, our system would notify them to change the password of that site and what is stored in sync.

This feature would kind of act like https://haveibeenpwned.com, but only notifies of new leaks.
