Remove Cirrus references from Jetstream docs

This page mentions that Jetstream is part of the Cirrus ecosystem, and shows a diagram of the "High-level overview of Cirrus" because the Cirrus name was originally used for these components before being re-used for web experimentation. We should remove these references to avoid confusion.
