Using voice search on youtube causes fast scrolling #3029

Steps to reproduce
Search YouTube, open link from search results, use voice feature on fire stick remote to search up video
Expected behavior
Video results display
Actual behavior
Video results display before scrolling down the page quickly (only happened on occasion and I'm unclear on whether this is a glitch with the voice search or Firefox)
