Auth0 login for Sitecore Identity server

To enable Auth0 provider set the following setting to true Settings:Sitecore:ExternalIdentityProviders:IdentityProviders:Auth0:Enabled.
Fill in ClientId, ClientSecret, Domain in the config.
Optional: add transformation rules to the ClaimsTransformations node.
