What is the point of there being an anti-chain pop on the surround if when the module is turned on then your surrounded anyway

i cant say 100%, but i think it was meant for like if we ever added a saftey manager? like it would autosurround, stop you from getting rubberbanded etc, but idk. thats depending on what linus says
