TTK Docs - Add documentation missing from MTP slide deck

As a user of TTK

I want to have the documentation up-to-date and have step-by-step instructions where needed

so that I can refer it for the various use cases and scenarios the TTK supports

• TTK docs are up to date with MTP TTK course content
• Create into new TTK Document repo - with published doc link
