凍結されたユーザーのPlayが条件付きで利用可能になっている

💡 Summary

ユーザーが凍結されても

• URL自体が生きている
• その他のユーザーが該当するPlayに対するLikeが可能であり、Likeしてある場合解除されない

これらの要素の組み合わせで、Playを引き続き遊ぶことができてします。

備考：
凍結されたユーザーのPlay一覧はWebから閲覧できないようになっています。

🥰 Expected Behavior

凍結されている間は凍結されているユーザーの作ったPlayは利用できない

🤬 Actual Behavior

凍結されている間、凍結されているユーザーの作ったPlayを他のユーザーが利用でき、Likeもできる

1. ユーザーでPlayを作成する
2. 凍結する
