こういう感じに、「最新バージョンは○○○○です、ChangelogはGithubから」みたいな感じにする

Purpose

リリース時の手間削減
Changelogを自動で取得することも考えたけど、ビルド時間が長くなるし、正直Githubに誘導するのでも問題ない気がする

多分またこっちに載せたくなる日は来る気はする

（むしろ本体に載ってなかった時期があるくらいなので…）

今後そんなことにならなさそうなら、こっちに載せたくなる日は来ないと思う（さすがに今後Changelogの整備が上手いこと行かなくなるなんてことはないでしょう）

よくわからんけどMisskey Hubにchangelogを置くのはしゅいろ的感性なので残す方針で…

更新が間に合わない（間に合ってない）気がする

少なくとも他のドキュメントの翻訳が完了するまではリリースノートの翻訳には入れなさそう

まあそもそもこれはしゅいろさんがリリース作業を軽減できればいいなと思ってだした提案なので、しゅいろさん本人がHubへのChangelogの更新を厭わない（煩わしく思ってない）のならそのままでも良いと思っている
