User Story

We need to ensure that the modernisation platform is as secure as possible. As part of this process we want to run an external ITHC.
This ticket is to agree the scope of the test. We can then agree, separately, the test organisations

Value / Purpose

We will better understand our security risks and should be able to resolve, mitigate or to accept.

Context / Background

Modernisation platform hosts a large number of key applications, and there have been a number of changes since the last ITHC.
Additionally YJB has asked that we regularly carry out ITHC tests
