As a DevOps Engineer,
I need the modernisation platform team to remove the delius-nextcloud environment from their platform,
so that unnecessary resources are not maintained, reducing cost and operational overhead.

Value / Purpose

Removing the delius-nextcloud environment ensures the platform remains clean, reduces the risk of maintaining unused or redundant resources, and helps lower associated costs.

Context / Background

The delius-nextcloud environment is being deprecated as part of a strategic decision to retire Nextcloud rather than migrate it to the platform.

@ep-93 - yes, thanks for pointing this out. Got a PR to remove all refs to delius-nextcloud #9213.

Also, all 4 environments have now been deleted from Github. Thanks @ASTRobinson.
