User Story

As a Data Platform team member
I want to have a visual understanding of the user needs for QuickSight
So that we as a team have a common understanding and a reference point

Value / Purpose

Clarity and Visualisation: Wardley maps provide a clear visual representation of the components of a system or business, making it easier for stakeholders to understand and communicate complex ideas. This visualisation can help teams align on a common understanding of their environment.

Alignment: They can facilitate alignment within an organisation. When teams and individuals have a shared visual representation of the business landscape, it becomes easier to align their efforts towards common goals and objectives.

Continuous Improvement: Wardley maps encourage continuous improvement. As your business environment evolves, you can regularly update and refine your maps to reflect changes and adapt your strategy accordingly.

Proposal

We can draft the maps using Excalidraw room or even Miro and then commit to our Data Platform repository as .excalidraw.png
