✈️ Ensure network routing has parity with existing installation

User Story

As an… Airflow User
I need/want/expect to… Be able to continue to access all the network attached data sources my DAGs need to work
So that… my DAGs continue to function in the new Airflow environment.

Value / Purpose

Many user DAGs function purely within the AWS estate, and as such only rely on IAM roles in order to operate successfully. However, for a number of DAGs they are doing extractions from primary databases that are accessible currently via our network setup. Users will expect to be able to continue to use these routes. If we cannot provide access to these directly, then equivalent routes should be provided.

• User DAGs are able to continue to access the data sources they currently do.
• If direct connections to existing TGWs are not feasible, new TGWs with equivalent routes should be made.
• Networking should be tested for key databases via collaboration with the owners of key DAGs.
