18F's Open Source Program Site

A collection of resources and tools to support federal agencies better employ open-source.

Special thanks to @CFPB, @Virtix, and @BenBalter for their insight and code.

18F's open source policy

Looking for 18F's open source policy? This is the policy 18F uses to govern its own work:

We also have an Open Source Style Guide that details how to write READMEs, Issues, and Descriptions that are user-friendly and clear. The guide also contains a checklist which we recommend using to make sure you are publishing a user-friendly repository.
