Split or Filter MIXCR Output by C Gene for mixcr postanalysis

Hi all,

is there an option to split or filter the MIXCR output from a single sample based on the C gene call ? I would like to process each isotype separately in the post-analysis within MIXCR. If so, what would be the best approach to achieve this?

Hi unfortunately we do not have this feature in MiXCR, such features (like plotting for certain isotypes, V or J genes etc) will be added soon to our new software Platforma.
