any way to download just the links inside a post?

is there a way to grab only the hyperlinks inside the posts and have them all in a single text file, so it can then be fed to other downloaders? Would appreciate if anyone had an example for the configuration file.
I've read a bit about post processor, but not being very knowledgeable cant configure how I'd like, neither do several examples ive seen in other posts
