Can't start gallery-dl

When I put C:>gallery-dl --config-create into both Python and the windows command module I get errors, the former saying that gallery-dl is not defined and the latter giving an error message saying it's neither an internal or external command, I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong here since i know i installed gallery-dl. Could anyone help me in this?

Use the full path to gallery-dl in CMD, i.e. D:\GleeoLobsta\Apps\gallery-dl.exe --config-create, if you don't want to/can't change your %PATH%.

I've found it, it's in python\python312\Scripts which isn't on PATH according to the text after it

Ah, so the default Python installation location?
Then the full path would be:

C:\Users\User1\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python312\Scripts>gallery-dl.exe

Or, as mikf said, add this directory your PATH, either manually or by reinstalling Python..

Uninstall Python and enable "Add to PATH" when re-installing.
